This guy makes really good CGI short movies, and in this one Davros is arrested for war crimes by none other than THE DALEKS ;D

I'm pretty certain Davros will return again as he probably escaped from the destruction of the Dalek Crucible ship.

Unfortunately you may be right. While Davros is an excellent character, it's not necessary for him to appear in every Dalek story.

He was only good in Genesis....he should have stayed dead after that, because the post Genesis stories he was in were awful, and the Daleks got the short end of the stick, acting no better than the robots the Doc called them in the following story.
